Emyr James is currently heading the Information Management and leading the Data & BI strategy for Global Markets at ANZ Banking Group. Previously Director and Head of Information Strategy and Architecture at a leading global consultancy Emyr has spent nearly two decades in the Information Management realm.
As a trusted advisor to the business, Raf developed key strategies that enabled business outcomes. During his career he has deployed various information management, core banking, channel, voice and integration solutions across the Asia region. An integral key to his success with these various programs was a relentless focus on creating value for his stakeholders and the establishment of long-term relationships with the senior executives.
Aps Chikhalikar is responsible for the end-to-end management of Optus Business IT with primary focus on maximising value for Optus Business and its customers. Aps manages IT domains and applications including;
-Internal and external customer facing tools and applications (OSS & BSS),
-Online and digital interfaces for internal and external customers, and
-All infrastructure, networks and unified comms.
Alan Eldridge is the Australia/New Zealand sales consulting manager for Tableau Software and is based in Melbourne – the sporting capital of Australia. He supports customers and partners throughout ANZ and the APAC region. Alan has an embarrassingly long history in the Business Intelligence space, having worked at Tableau for 3.5 years, Microsoft for 4 years as a SQL/BI technical specialist and for 10 years at BusinessObjects/Crystal Decisions/Seagate Software.
